Messy Church held on Saturday 23rd July

The theme was belonging and activities included:

Mirror painting: We are made in the image of God.

Cross in my pocket...remembering that God is always with us.

Heart badge: We belong to the family of God.

Heart ribbon: We belong to lots of different groups, church, family, clubs.

Treasure hunt: When we find all the pieces we  complete the jigsaw.

Our lives are complete in Christ, he is our treasure and we are his.

Friendship bracelet: Jesus is the best friend we will ever have.

Water pictures: Like the sign of the cross at our baptism, it may no longer be visible but is there.

Biscuits: Our God is awesome, creator of the world and we are tiny, yet God loves us.

Footprints ????: God is always with us, even in hard times.
